  stay away!!!from this un educated,low class insurance agents,they are extremely rude!they took money with out any consent ,and when we asked to get a refund arnie and his wife esmeralda , that claimed to be the manager from alstate wich was false she wasnt and where very unprofessional,and didnt care whatsoever that there actions made alstate look worst then a 1 star company.we haved filed a formal complaint in this fraudulent matter.please save your self a headache and stay away.

They carefully analyze the customer needs and provide the correct quote for insurance. They are very prompt, punctual and professional in their service. Above all they are very polite and friendly and will always spend enough time to cater to customer needs. I highly recommend ALL STATE insurance here in Lancaster , Palmdale and any where in SoCal.
