  BEWARE Landlords and tenants... My family and I had the worst experience with this company. This company is a franchise so don't get sold on their website or be impressed as if you're going to get what you pay for. They were very unprofessional and dishonest and seemed only to care about their own agenda. We thought we were hiring a company who would take good care of our rental property and look out for our best interest as we lived in San Diego at the time. We were wrong. They will add charges to your account without discussing them with you, example: They're trying to charge us $75 for forwarding an email to an attorney... They are very unprofessional about how they operate their business. ... It's just a front. Please do your due diligence before hiring anyone. Check all the review websites. They will say what you want to hear just to get your business. Real Property Management and the broker Allen Wessel give property management companies the bad name.
