  AAA brags about being reasonably priced, but beware. We had them for 7 years. We were very prompt, reliable customers. We finally filed a claim and they dropped us like a rock. And they didn't even have to pay out. We're now with a better company that respects good customers. My advice, research carefully for a company who is happy to provide you the service that you're paying for.

  I was with AAA for over 13 years. I needed roadside assistance once and they never came no explanation nothing. They wanted me ta pay for a premier package before they came which I wouldn't considering I've paid thousands of dollars for a service I never utilized. Ridiculous poor treatment and no way to run business. .... all they are interested is taking MORE MONEY, knowing you are stranded and at their mercy. I've paid for roadside assistance and never once used or needed it. SHAME ON AAA. What a horrible way to treat a "valued" customer OF OVER 13 YEARS. I carried a membership and insurance policy. I immediately canceled service, of course and I've since switched insurance carriers and am saving $684 dollars annually. ☺ P.S. a good Samaritan helped us and we were safe and back on the road so thank goodness for humanity. Aaa has none. What's their motto ??? I'm happy to not give you another dime and am excited and do tell EVERYONE about my experience after 13 years of dedicated business. I've gotten 4 people to drop their " AAA roadside assistance" since Monday:) I Plan to keep spreading the word.
